"I have an anal fissure for the last 4 weeks. I have been using Fidonal cream and Crema Gel, but I haven't seen any improvement. I have also been taking sitz baths for the last 5 days, but I still experience a burning sensation in my anus, and sometimes it even hurts. What should I do?"
