Most likely you are suffering from Anal Fissure. For this you should take Sitz bath (Hot water tub bath) 2-3 times a day followed by application of Sushruta ointment and Lekhan Powder. Administer 5 ml of Sushruta oil in anal passage in night. For easy evacuation of bowel movement you should take 1 tea spoon of Sushruta Churna with warm water in night.
