Having anal fissure since 6 months. Tried sitz bath smooth cream and smooth tablets. But little or no releif. Also having acidity. Not able to get any solution

If ur having fissure Fromm last 6 months then please meet surgeon and undergo proper surgical treatment as that is the only permanent cure Avoid spicy oily foods and meals causing constipation

Fissure treatment is a little difficult. But it can be cured wih proper treatment. Also it is needed to rule out other causes like piles etc. If constipation is there it needed to be treated properly otherwise fissure will not heal.
