Anal fissure and powdery stools

I found my stools are coming normal but when it dissolved in water it looks like powder..it dissolves and looks like powder partially this also is there for a week..is it any worrying signs ? I have anal fissure when i visited doctor they said it is anal fissure and they gave medicine it got well in 3 days no pain and no symptoms there after...then after that pain suddenly starts again but this its different like paining from spinal to anus and legs are feeling weak i dont know its continuation of that anal fissure so decided to go another time to doctor and he said it not healed so only paining nu but it was paining from abdomen to low is it will be like or any other reasons? Now I'm taking lorness p and cefixime and ofloxacin tablets as prescribed
