For how many days Amritarishta can be taken continuosly 2 times a day after recovering from Covid? And any other Ayurvedic preparation which is useful after Covid recovery?

You can take armitharishta 30ml-0-30ml after food for 2 weeks. You can also intake guluchyadi ks 15ml-0-15ml before food with 30ml luke warm water for 2 weeks. If any other symptoms persist please consult through practo. Take rest.
