Hi, I'm married and we are trying for pregnancy since few months but my periods are irregular. Spotting for two months now with no periods. But since last week bloody discharge is coming so I'm concerned. I took pregnancy test and it was negative. Took serum amh test and it is 4.7ng/ml. Kindly suggest reason
