You need few more tests ,usg pelvis may be you are having Pcod , Proper diet /exercise Regularise periods and then try to concieve

A high amh is suggestive of polycystic ovarian syndrome You can get an ultrasound to look at the  ovarian  volume to confirm a diagnosis How irregular are your periods You need investigations to find out the reason for the irregularity and treatment accordingly
