Amh 0.01 does this mean menopause
Hello doctors,
My amh was 0.01 in 2024.havent checked my egg reserve since then is it possible that I have got menopause now ..also does it lead to no interest in physical intimacy and no ovulation as well?
I get my periods in 30 to 35 days..

As you are having regular periods,less likely leading to menopause ..

An AMH of 0.01 indicates a very low ovarian reserve, but it does not mean menopause if you are still getting regular periods. Menopause is diagnosed only when periods stop for 12 months and is supported by high FSH levels. With regular cycles, ovulation can still occur, though fertility potential is reduced. Low AMH does not directly cause loss of libido; reduced sexual interest is more related to estrogen deficiency, stress, or other hormonal factors

Do a serum fsh. If it is increased then you might be having premature menopause
