It comes with an applicator. You are supposed to fix the applicator to the opening of the tube containing the medicine and squeeze the tube. One dose will be filled in the applicator. After that you have to insert the applicator into the vagina as deep as it can go without effort. Then push the plunger and the medicine will go into the vagina.
