If you are having all these symptoms then yes you could be pregnant too.. Do a repeat hpt after a week if periods doesn't arrive till then. Consult a gynaecologist near you for further information and management

Repeat the test again.Same finding but for clearance of doubt do blood test.It is Bhcg and accurate also.Result negative means no pregnancy then take tablet for withdrawal bleeding after consulting to gynaecologist.
