I got full body checkup yesterday. My Hba1c reads 5 Average blood glucose reads 97 However fasting blood sugar reads above normal at 103. Am I pre-diabetic? My mother is diabetic.

Your sugars are absolutely normal.. nothing to worry.. Daily brisk walking 30/45 mins to remain healthy is required
