Hi, Todayi received my blood report. My Fasting plasma glucose:110. Post prandial plasma glucose:150 HBA1C(by HPLC) :6.1 Average blood glucose:129.08 lipid profile: Serumtriglyceride:119 Serum cholesterol:205 Serum HDlc(direct) :36 Serum LDLc(direct) :145 Serum VLDLc:24 LDL&HDL ratio:4.03 Total cholesterol & HDL Ratio:5.69 Can u suggest me what to do?
