Hello. From the information you have given, it seems that this is a change of emotional state and that earlier you were quite happy. Please reflect on how this state of mind began for you, was there any change in your circumstances? Any stress? If you are having difficulty sleeping or sleeping too much, gaining weight, losing interest and not feeling motivated and energetic, this could be a depressive episode.
Next Steps
Please see a psychiatrist as soon as possible.  The psychiatrist will be able to help you find out what is going on and will be able to prescribe treatment.

Dear,  I feel u r really confused by the happenings around you. You have not lost your capacities,  it's  just a phase that you don't know what to do. Please, do consult a Psychologist and share all your emotions and feelings to them, and probably  you might get to know own what you wanted to do further.

Dear, I can understand the pain you are through. The symptoms that you have described here are strongly suggestive of Depression. The intensity is of severe level and warrants immediate psychiatric consultation. If not addressed soon,  it may lead to suicidal thoughts, stupor, weird problems such as hearing of voices, etc. The positive thing is that it can be completely cured. Welcome for further information. Regards Dr Pankaj Borade (MD Psychiatry)
Next Steps
Immediately consult a nearby Psychiatrist.

Loss of interest, decreased concentration and attention, feeling low and disturbed sleep or appetite are some of the signs of depression. Consult a psychiatrist who will assess you in detail. If you are feeling suicidal or hopeless, seek professional help immediately. Try some relaxation techniques like yoga, meditation and deep breathing. Indulge in hobbies. Spend time with people close to you.
