I have a problem of eating something thoughout the day i dont know how it happens but i want to eat something to put me in a comfott zone otherwise i feel hungry
Take fresh fruits and vegetables a lot you can take cucumber, carrot slices when you feel more hunger. Take roasted chana, murmura bhel and sprouts are also healthy snacks .
