Hi I'm 28 years old I'm suffering ulcer problem last two years, last time take medicine panblac-l now this curfew this medicine not available this station so please tel as alternative medicine. Over flow gas in via mouth , in digestion and vomiting sensation taka Cup of water after few minutes the water is vomiting. Please help with me Thanks

If you are having problem for 2 yrs we need to think why you Ulcer has not healed for so long. , you need to undergo investigations, check on h pylori status and eradication. As well as evaluation for other problems that can present with similar complaints.

T. Pantocid 40mg 1-0-0 before food T.Lesuride 25mg 1-0-1 before food Lifestyle modifications (1. Have dinner atleast 2hrs prior to bedtime 2. Don't lie down immediately after intake food 3. Avoid spicy food 4. Do regular exercise) are more important than taking these drugs for longer duration
