Hi. My Alt/sgpt levels is 46. Rest all parameters in lft are within range. Is it a cause of concern. Are these levels high?

You should get the sonography of the whole abdomen. If there is a fatty liver then you have to get treatment accordingly.

You r suffering from increase in  liver enzymes due to some infection in the liver . Take Liv 52 tablet 2 time per day for 1 month after food
