My doctor prescribed me one Alprax 0.5 to take at night. But I have Alprax 0.25. Can I take two Alprax 0.25 instead of one Alprax 0.5?

If the prescribed dose is Alprax 0.5 mg, then you can take 2 tabs of Alprax 0.25 mg at night.

If you are taking alprex for the first time I would suggest you start with 0.25 mg. If it works for you then keep it that way but if you have difficulty controlling your symptoms then you can take 0.25mg , 2tablets as prescribed by the doctor.
