My 5 years old son is suffering from alopecia areata , we are giving medicine to him but from the infected area white hair is coming

Hello It is important to know more details like how many patches , how big is the patch , how many previous episodes, also needs to be differentiated from Tinea capitis (which is a fungal infection common in 5 year old ) . If the child has already been diagnosed asalopecia areata then you can use eumosone cream over the patch , twice daily for 15 - 20 days .
