I have sneezing 1 day every week . I have allergic rhinitis and my ige is 580 . I take bilasure when i have sneezing which helps. I also avoid allergens . Is bilasure safe and will my allergies becomes less when i grow up.

You need to start immunotherapy for permanent treatment of your allergies. Get a skin prick allergy test done by an ENT doctor and he will prescribe sublingual immunotherapy which will cure allergic rhinitis permanently.
