Allergic rhinitis

My son 14 years has allergic rhinitis and is on SLIT treatment for last 8 months. We are using furamist and foracort 200 for wheezing . He also has red eyes and we use olapat od. But in last few month he has more symptoms. Now our allergist is suggesting to use xolair injection for bring done his IGE level . His IGE is 490 . Please help with the question that is it safe to use xolair ?

Please have the kids paediatrician's opinion too. Oral antihistamine also will be useful.
