Is having too much antihistamines bad? I have my allergy inflammation almost every other day in specifically this season, is it bad for my health to have the medicine every other day for once?

Get serum Ige and absolute eosinophils done to quantify the allergy load then can go for allergic testing to know the offending allergen/allergens, then can go for Desensitisation
