Allergic rhinitis

I am suffering from rhinitis since one year i am not able to identify the allergen and its a daily routin that i start sneezing for at least 10 times in morning. I have been under cetrizine medication for a month but it doesn't help. What should I do? Please suggest any treatment

You might be suffering from allergic rhinitis which requires long term treatment with anti Histamine medicines and steroid nasal sprays. You need to use better anti Histamine medicines and steroid nasal sprays are of great benefits. Physical exercises can give some benefits. If your symptoms persist even after above treatment then consider skin prick test to identify allergen and immunotherapy if necessary
