Allergic rhinitis
Hello, I have allergic rhinitis since 1years ago.i had took tratment for allergic rhinitis like nasal spray ,some tablets with suggestions of a doctor. But i was not relief then 2 month ago i was suffer from sinusitis problem. I was show to dr. Dr prescribed to me sone antibiotics i have relief now. But my allergic rhinitis have... Now i have cough it can be infected in lungs so what i will do???
Which type tratment i want???

Is sinusitis problem will come again???
With regard to Ur history, u have allergic Rhinitis with acute sinusitis. With antibiotics ur sinus got cleared but the allergic rhinitis thing still persist. U need to get CT PNS to rule out any remenent sinus infection or polyps( common in allergic rhinitis)
Next Steps
continue with Nasal Spray and antibiotics if acute cough or purulent discharge frm nose.
