Allergic rhinitis

Difficulty in sleeping due to blocked nostrils because of allergic rhinitis. Under medication last March (rupafin & medrol). No follow up consultation after meds.

Please do not take any medicines unsupervised. Please see a chest physician/ pulmonologist for the allergic rhinitis.

Allergic rhinitis is treatable condition, you requires consultation and examination, blood investigations to assess for the levels of allergy and then accordingly treatment (mainly nasal spray)
