Hi sir / medam, Iam having Allergic Rhinitis and Severe Snoring problems I got to know both are interlinked . I am Allergic to Non Veg when I am eating . I got to know through the blood test report which I am Allergic to Non Veg. Tell me the top best tablet to use everyday to cure Allergic Rhinitis and Severe Snoring Problem . Please help me on this .

Don't use tabs avoid non veg take nasonase plus nasal was bd  every month and duonase nasalspray 2 puff twice a day if non diabetic and get urself tested for allergy skin tests and take vaccine
