Mam i would suggest you to get a diagnostic nasal endoscopy and a ct scan paranasal sinuses along with a blood test for allergy (serum IgE). I believe u have allergic rhinitis and sinusitis based on your symptoms. For the Allergic part, sadly there is no permanent cure but fortunately can be completely controller with proper medications. If not controlled properly, it can turn into asthma also.!!!I would also suggest a skin prick test for identifying what substance you are allergic to specifically so that you can avoid it in the future. As for the sinusitis, treatment depends on what grade/severity of sinusitis you have. Again, a ct scan of the sinuses would be very helpful.
