Allergic rhinitic and eczema skin itchin

My allergy test do not gives me any positive results, I have tested it twice. My doctor said histoglob injection can help me to reduce allergies. Can someone suggest what should i do?

Get a skin prick test or CRD blood test done To know you are allergic to what then get treated accordingly
