I am not sure which ingredient I am allergic to. What shall I do when I get allergic reaction in form of swollen eyes. Can I splash eyes with cold water and which foods should I take ?

Hello, its not uncommon to have allergies. Often people have a runny nose, swollen eyes, lips, redness, etc. Its imperative that you try to remember what you were doing so that you can identify and avoid the allergen. Dust allergy is very common and is provoked by almost nothing that is noticeable.
