Preferably give tixylix in the morning and afternoon 8 hrs apart and give xyzal at night as it will be a better night time symptom control. Giving them together at night is not preferred.

Yes, both can be given together at night. May cause mild drowsiness but that’s okay. Night dose actually helps better sleep.

Actually Tixylix already do have an histamine in the combination. Ideally don't give both the syrups together. Best to resort to a single medication rather than combination syrups. You could discuss with your pediatrician.
Next Steps
If cough episodes are seasonal and more at night. we need to think of allergic/adenoids and evaluate accordingly

No don't give because tixylix syrup has already same composition of xyzal So giving both can cause over dose
