Is albumin present (+) is normal in urine In Ultrasound I have : Tiny non obstructive calculus in upper polar region of right kidney. and  Cystitis. Please give suggestions... Past in aug 2022 I had faint trace of albumin in urine routine test At present I just have sometimes pain in right upper thigh muscles and sometimes mild back pain

Can be present in minor quantities in acute nonrenal illness as well, But persistence of albumin should be evaluated thoroughly... It is the most imp marker for renal health in long term, it  suggest some underlying kidney issue
