I had a fracture in my fifth metatarsal before 6 week I had surgery now cast has been removed and here is the x ray. I want to know how much healing is remaining. When I can back to my routine? From when I can wear heals? Platform heal as well as pencil heals

Hi. The fracture has almost healed. Do a lot of exs for strengthening. Give it a few weeks more. Den u cld start with wearing heels. But first be sure pain is completely gone.
