My son (2.5) years old had fever from last friday(13th) on Saturday he didn't get fever again however on his body we observed red patches. what are these patches?

HELLO, MAY BE RASHES DUE TO FEVER. EXCLUD DENGU BY NS1 SEROLOGICAL TEST. CONSULT A PAEDIATRICIAN. O.K BYE.
