After doing masturbation ,I get swelling

I'm 25 age,Since I'm 14yrs I'm doing masturbation and after doing masturbation ,I get swelling at my four fingers of my left leg except big tump finger... And the swelling remains till ten days but I'm doing masturbation  every 5,to 6 days.. please help me out.. And suggest me any medicine and treatment ...I hope I get help from Sexologists and andrologist.
