Pregnancy belly not gone inside after c section 4 days back...its still feeling like 7 months of pregnancg belly... dr is saying tht may be bcz of gas... but eating only light foods like khichdi. Is it normal or some issue pls suggest

Belly size depends on many things. It's only 4 days, u need to relax. Uterus is still enlarged to like 5 months pregnancy. It will take time to contract to it's pre pregnancy size. Abdominal wall laxity also make the belly look bigger. Pregnancy weight gain also make it bigger. Start simple exercises after 6 weeks of delivery. Relax for now
