I had done d&e on 5th of last month I had unprotected sex 4times of last week but on yesterday my periods started I m having heavy bleeding I have change 5 times a day what s the reason I m diabetic and hypertension

You didn't specify the reason for your D&E. It is more than a month since you had D&E. You had sex 4 times in the last week. That means you didn't have sex for 3 weeks after D &  E. If that be so then there is no chance of your pregnancy (after D&E). This excessive bleeding could be due to retained product after D&E. Please get a sonography done and consult with a Gynaecologist on Practo with the report.
