Your description of your symptoms points towards anal fissure due to overstretching of the skin and sphincter Too much pressure, tight anal sphincter muscles, and poor blood supply to your anus may lead to their development and poor healing . Ideally you should consult with a general surgeon to clinically examine and manage. Till you arrange for an appointment with general surgeon ,see that your water intake is adequate and you are not constipated.
