Afi high and two Loops of cord

My afi is 22 and there are two Loops of cord around the babies neck. What issue can it cause the child? Will I lose my child? Do I need to get a c section done asap. Weight of the baby is 3kgs, cervix is 2.9 and os is closed. All blood and oxygen supply is normal.
