Hello, Im 39 yrs old with normal BMI. Currently, I'm 28 week 2 days pregnant. Got Growth Scan done and AFI was 24.4 ; cervix length 3 cm. Complete report is also attached here. Are the reports normal or is there any danger of pre-term birth. I don't have diabetes/ ogtt wnl. My previous pregnancy was 3 years ago,  and gave birth to a healthy (3.25kg) full term baby via NVD. Kindly advise on my present situation. Any precautions that I should take?

Check blood sugars Anomaly scan normal? If the rest profile is normal Then no need to worry You may enter preterm labour due to increased liquor and age Rest seems okay Monitor fetal movement daliy kick count In case of leak take a napkin pad lie down and visit your doctor asap

Cervical length is ok. But the liquor is increased that can be a cause for preterm labor. Most common cause for this is elevated sugars. Please get the tests done and review for consultation.
