Advice related to testicle swelling

Respected sir , since one month my one testicle got swelling and other are in same condition. This situation arises when I wear a tight jeans after that evening my testicle got swelling. I have no pain in this , only swelling take place. What to do ? Please advise.

Avoid wearing tight jeans. Further make sure that the undergarments that you have been using is comfortable.
