We're unsure whether any semen may have come into contact with or entered my vaginal opening. I have PCOD, although my menstrual cycles are currently regular. Could you please advise whether I should take an emergency contraceptive pill in this situation? If yes, which option would be most appropriate and safe considering my PCOD?
