Hi, Currently 16 weeks pregnant, taking ecosprin 75 daily and enoxaparin 40 alternate day from starting. In 2022 had a miscarriage due to blood clots in placenta. Apla negative. Ana 1+ Please review this attached APtt Pt/inr report and if anything/any dose needs to be changed. Aptt today 32.9 sec Inr today 1.05 Pt today 13.4 sec Aptt last month 35.6 sec Inr last month 1.14 Pt last month 14.4 sec Please advice.
