Name H S THAKUR, age 59 Always feel tired. Urine - - - Yellow Stoll - - - -  some time dark brown and gone to toilet 2 or 3 times in a day. Large plaque over scalp Get up 2 times in the night for urine. LFT, KFT, BLOOD REPORT IS ATTACHED.

Hello dear patient you have high mcv, low plate let count and slightly high bilirubin levels. All these and your problem are related with liver. So you need to take medicine to heal your liver.
