Sometimes change is brand might affect the effect. Natural causes can also make the medications ineffective. Consult your psychiatrist again he will let you know the next step.

Methylphenidate is a controlled substance and should be used under strict supervision of a psychiatrist. Kindly do not experiment with the dosage without doctor’s advice. There is a certain way and dose to take. You can have withdrawal symptoms and other unnecessary side effects. As for your question, there wont be any difference between inspiral and addwize, they are both standard brands.
