1. Start planning each hour of your day. Take a small diary. And schedule all the things you need to do. Schedule you time for food, leisure activities, social media, etc.
2. Spare 15 mins aside for breathing exercises and focus your attention on your breath. There would be many thoughts that ll distract you while doing this. Just let them pass.
3. Practice mindfulness.
