I've been smoking for a while now , as such I have no problems except a very low stamina , and the career I wish to pursue requires a lot of it . I want to quit smoking as soon as possible so I wanted to know if I should rely on nicotine gum to help me with quitting (p.s I smoke 5-12 ciggerattes a day) .
