Addicted to sugar and binge eating

I have gone mad, whenever I see sugary products near me, I loose my control and start consuming them in bulk. Sweets, chocolate and cakes. Not sure how to control this sudden sugar crush, feeling irritated and helpless.

hi, this is a sign of hormonal imbalance (insulin) or stress related eating. Also try following a balanced diet and activity of 30 minutes. Sleep of 8-9 hours. Do not skip or miss any meal as this will increase the problem. Have a heavy breakfast and lunch . Also eat in between 2 meals and do not keep a lot of time gap.
