No fever no headache nothing just problem in swallowing solid food and tonsils are swollen with white deposit on it check the pictures for your reference. Kindly provide me the medication here. Since 2 days I am facing this issue after I had soft drink with ice in it.

You are right saying it is acute tonsillopharyngitis... Please take a course of antibiotics and analgesics.. Gargling 4 to 5 times a day will remove the white patch faster.. Consult online for further evaluation and treatment
