A proper root canal treatment ( rct) is definitely going to help you here. Visit your dentist and ask for the treatment options. I am practicing in Pune.  You can connect with me if required.  Painkillers and antibiotics are not permanent solution here.
Next Steps
immediate treatment

Hello Sir One of the x-rays that you have uploaded clearly shows that the Decay in the tooth has reached up to the nerve and that would definitely require root canal treatment to be done. It cannot be treated at home or by medicines, you will just end up loading your body with too many medicines and antibiotics. It is better to visit an Endodontist and get the root canal treatment done to relieve your pain
Next Steps
You can definitely get in touch with me . I am an Endodontist or a root canal specialist practising in New Delhi
Health Tips
Do not overload your body with antibiotics it is not going to help
