hello, you can do warm salt water rinses as home remedy, but this will give you only temporary relief from pain. you need to visit a dentist and get it checked. if there is a cavity, get it filled. if there is infection to the tooth, get it treated. The best treatment for wisdom tooth is go get it removed.
