Acute pain in lower back

2018-12-11 08:02:58
Hi, I've been having this pain in lower back area since 3 days. When I apply balm and hot water bottle on it, the pain and cramp goes away for a couple of hours and then it comes back. I'm not able to walk straight, I hv to walk at 45 degrees bent position and that just too for couple of minutes. Is there a solution for that, or should I visit a physiotherapist/any other specialist??

Chiropractic Mobilization will help. Do the cat/cow stretch. Get on all fours, with your arms straight and your hands directly under your shoulders; your knees hip-width apart.
